Back acne is another type of acne. This type of acne mostly comes backs very often because of the over active sebaceous glad in the back. When you have back acne you'll know because you will see acne breakouts, black head, cysts and sometimes you will get scarring.

Experts believe back acne occurs for the same reason why acne occurs in the face; due to excessive production of the sebaceous glands and it being blocked by dead skin, dirt or make up. To help prevent and get rid of back acne try following this simple tips.

- Avoid wearing clothes that hug your body tight as they can accumlate sweat which can cause irritation and increase the chances of bacteria blocking your pores.

- Remember to wash and clean your back, especially when you are sweated during the day; keeping those pores clean can help get rid and prevent those back acnes.

- Drink lots of water. This will help get rid of the toxins in the body.

- Avoid eating food that high in sugar and fat. Also, included vegetables and fruits in your diet. They can also help get rid of the toxins in the body. If you really want fast results, try making this cocktail; 6 oz of carrot juice. Drink it twice a day. This is what i personally do. It works great. Note! don't buy those ready made, for some reason they don't work, instead, juice carrots yourself; it will only take less than 10 mins.
