We stand on our feet all day everyday and they take the brunt of our full weight non stop. It's no wonder they can begin to smell with they sweat. Have you ever taken off your wet socks and been blown away by the way your feet smell. This not only effects men, but women also. You can spend all the time you want on your hygiene, just don't forget about your feet.

Three great ways to stop foot odor and sweating is through soaking them in certain solutions. Warm water and the proper soaking materials can do wonders for your feet.

I used all three of these ingredients when soaking my feet and each one worked wonders. Try either tannic acid, epsom salts or white vinegar in warm water.

Each one works in it's own way, they both independently dry the feet keeping sweat to a minimum. In addition they also kill off bacteria which causes the odor in the first place.

Hopefully you start paying more attention to your feet on a daily basis, they cannot be left unnoticed. Try and wear socks at all times, allowing your feet to sweat into your shoes will make them stink and the salt secretions in perspiration will also lead to breaking down leather and other materials shoes are manufactured.

Stop your feet from sweating and if these tips did not help then get the expert advice you need at Stop Foot Odor and Sweating. If this is a serious issue then you need serious help. Don't hesitate to help your feet.

Yeah washing and drying your feet daily should be a ritual. Moreover you can use cedarsoles or sandals made from cedarwood because it has a fresh-smelling and very antibacterial effect.
