Ok, we all know the situation; we all want to be skinny, like a rock star. How did we get overweight in the first place?

Calories and your Metabolism

You will lose weight eating and get thin again consuming four meals a day, and end your time of being overweight. Remember I said above you have to retrain your eating habits. This is one of them. You have to break out of the traditional three meals a day pattern. Your metabolism actually burns calories on a per meal basis. It is anticipating, based upon previous eating patterns, how many calories to burn. Therefore, if your metabolism is used to burning say 800 calories per meal three times a day, it is still going to burn 800 calories per meal. Now you eat four meals at 600 calories each, same amount of total calories, but your metabolism will burn 800 calories more because it will burn 800 calories four times and you only provided it with 600. See how this works?
