Making up with your Ex

You had a bad break up and you checked to see if the grass was greener on the other side of the street and found that it wasn’t and isn’t. So now you want to get back with the love of your life or your ex and patch the pieces back together.

This is a more difficult task than you may think. For guys that want to get back with their ex; here are the steps and the general guidelines you must follow.

If it’s been a few days since the break up; give a while to thicken. Maybe send an email just to see how she is coping. No phone contact yet. Absence still does make the heart grow fonder. So take a vacation from your ex; just contact via emails, even if she calls you.

Second thing is to don’t get desperate or anxious. Job interviews can sense it; prospects can see it, animals can feel it; so quite naturally your ex will see it too. Relax and don’t appear desperate. The best way to handle this is to keep your mind off her. Date other women; hang out with the boys, but keep your mind off her. And don’t worry about what she’s doing. If she’s dating other guys, or whatever, worrying about it will make your jump to conclusions and keeps her on your mind.

If she’s on your mind 24/7 you’ll be one desperate guy. So keep an eye out; but keep your mind off her.

Third thing is to not be logical by professing your love. You need to find out the psychological attraction points all women have and use those to bring her into your web.

Don’t try to change your ex; change yourself in order to change them. One of the biggest secrets in the world is that you can change people by changing yourself. If you change; they have to in order to adapt to your changes. Does that make sense?

Now for women:

The same guidelines apply to making up with your ex however; there are some things you obviously have to change. First off be ready to watch Monday night football. Just kidding

Giving space is good; but going on dates with guys will definitely be no good to you. The woman mind is different than the guy. It’s better to pretend or spread the rumor you went on a date or you’re dating so he can get back into the mix.

Keep contact to email and very short phone conversations. DON’T BE DESPERATE either! You don’t have to worry unless he’s dating the same girl when he goes out. Then you have to use harder methods.

Don’t tell him how much you love him. You are to act like you’re starting all over. In getting your ex back you have to be a wise a snake and gentle as a dove. Any forced movements can break the whole rescue mission for good. Always keep in mind that it may be a good thing you broke up. The person may not have been good for you.

Follow these general guidelines and you’ll have your ex back in no time. Making up with your ex will be an easier battle than you think.
