Simple getting rid of man boobs tips...

So you want to get rid of your man boobs, huh? There are many guys out there who could care less that they have man boobs or even worse a beer gut. Then again there are guys like you, who are very conscious and aware that they have some extra fat in a place where it should not be.

Most of the time you become aware of your boobs because your friends are laughing at you and making fun of you. Even worse is your other half making fun of your man boobs. For some men this is like having their manhood stripped away from them. There some of course, who just laugh it off and make even more jokes but do nothing as far as getting rid of them.

So what causes man boobs in the first place? Although some man boobs are caused by having a little extra fat on your body. Some others may be due to chemical imbalances in the body. These chemical imbalances can occur in the testicles or the pituitary glands. There certainly are a lot of different reasons why one would have a problem with man boobs, but the real cure could come when you find a solution to the underlying problem. The man boobs are usually a symptom of a problem and will only clear up partially or totally once it is taken care of.

So let's say that your problem, is not connected to a chemical imbalance within your body. In this case, your best bet at getting rid of your male breasts is taking a visit to your local gym. There you can concentrate on exercises that target your chest and hopefully work off some of that extra fat that has settled in the wrong places.

Man boobs exercises

Whilst at the gym here are two exercises you can do. First you can try some interval training. Whenever fat is involved you can never go wrong with cardio. In this case you can not just target your chest area, cardio training is used to get rid of fat on your whole body. Interval training is always best fo weight loss because it works the body even hours after you have finished your workout. You can swim, run, use the stair master or even just the elliptical machine. The trick is to go all out for one minute and then ease up for 2 minutes. You repeat this for the whole workout, confusing your body and forcing it to access your fat stores. Interval training is a very simple but effective way of getting rid of your man boobs.

Another exercise you can do is incline flyes. Do not concentrate too much on just losing the fat of your chest. You also want to work the pectoral muscles so that they tone up and maintain your chest in good shape once you have lost the boobs. So for inclined flyes you need an incline bench and free weights. What you do is take a dumbell in each hand and sit at about 45 degrees on your inclined bench. Start bringing the weights up and in front of you. Slowly bring the weights to your sides until the weights reach about shoulder level and then bring them to their origional position. You are looking at building lean muscle, so I would suggest your use heavier weights with less repetitions.

These two exercises are just a few you can do, to help you get rid of those pesky man boobs. If the workout is not working then you might have a more serious problem that you thought. A visit to your doctor maybe required, you maybe suffering from gynecomastia.
