One of the greatest studies in any business field is the accounting study. That is due to the fact that accounting is related to any business field from one side or more. There fore, people who are graduated from the accounting departments have a very wide range of choices for jobs, as they can apply to any kind of firms. But, it is clear that any kind of job requires many skills in general and some specific skills that related to the field of the job itself. Consequently, if you are an accounting graduate, you should gain a lot of skills that are required in the field of accounting.


Then, you are supposed to apply to the exact job that would be the equivalent of the most things you are interested in. This, of course, will lead you to achieve success in that job. By doing this, you can assure the success which you are aiming to get. As it is said that;  ( there is nothing can make man happy and successful like doing the job he is interested in.

 
In addition to the importance of concentrating on the job that you are interested in, you should also follow the aspects in which you are excellent or up on which you have got some experiences. For example; we may find that some fields like Tax Staff, Consulting/ Management Services and Staff Auditor requires an accountant who is excellent in public accounting. Then you can get the required number of experience years in this positions, which would qualify you to be promoted to the higher level of this job as Tax Senior, Senior Auditor, and Consulting Senior where the position entails reporting directly to the manager position and so on.


According to the experience years that you gain along your job, you will always get promotions to higher levels. The entry-level positions for instance, would require the accountant to get the enough expertise in Financial Management, Staff for Financial Planning, Cash Management, and Credit Analysis. Through all these job positions and the high levels of the these jobs, we can see that accounting graduates have a lot of choices for a job, but it should not be limited only to that range. That is to say, the accountant should keep gaining the experience and the required knowledge in different aspects as possible as he can just to put himself in the highest degree over any one else when he applies to any job.


Finally, we can’t conclude without referring to the interview. After you have made your search for the job, while considering all the aspects that would make the job you choose is the most suitable job for you. You come to face the second important step in the way of getting the job; namely, the interview. The interview can be considered as a two-edged weapon, as it can give you the job or simply it can deprive you from the job. So it is very important of you to be ready for it. Here, we will try to reveal some of the main aspects of the interview through which you can win the job:


In fact, a lot of people with great qualifications lose the job just because they fail to manage the interview. The reason for that might be their ignorance of the main strategies of the interview or because they don’t know how to answer the questions of the interview or mainly because they do not prepare themselves well for it.


First of all, pay much attention to your own outer appearance through which you will meet the interviewer, it is said that ( good looking people get the job). So, you should be keen to come to the interview with the appearance that reflects some of your personal features. We can't say that there is some kind of clothes is recommended for the interview, but when you wear a suit, you may give the impression of the active, broad-minded, diplomatic and discreet person. It is up to you but in general you should come to the interview in a good appearance.


Now, we come to the actual face of the interview that include the questions of the interviewer and your answer for these questions. There is a general principle people usually say about the interview, and you can put it in your mind before and during the interview. It is to know what people need then show them that you can get it for them), as they say you must sell what the buyer is buying. Namely, try to guess what the interviewer want from his candidate and try to submit your own qualifications to his needs. Then try to prepare the perfect answers for the common questions that are usually included in the interview like; talk about your self, what are your greatest strengths, What are your greatest weaknesses? , Why should we hire you?, and so on.
