Imagine:

A new car made by a traditional car maker will run you close to $30,000 and it might last to 80K miles. But, if you purchase a Honda, it has a strong likelihood of lasting DOUBLE that. And once you experience that for yourself....

You actually TELL other people how great your shiny new Accord is.

You describe the car's benefits, the quality. The handling, the great value exchange.

You look better to your friends & they appreciate the information. This has been going on since the beginning of time.

This works the same online as it does in the real world. People recommend your website by linking to it and visitors come to your site from those links.

If your site features really good resources and articles, it will spread like wildfire & you can't stop the traffic from coming, even if you wanted to.

If you come out with a truly great site, it WILL get discovered and passed on. This happens every single month & will continue to happen far into the future. The best sites can grow to over 1MM users a day in no time flat. IF they truly are novel, valuable, and solve a problem better than the competition.

How does this relate to YOU?...

Pull no punches in making your site so good that visitors are amazed by the quality, the resources, and the experience. If your site is about mortgages, figure out EXACTLY what they want to know, give it to them, and help them pass it on to their friends. That's all.

Make it a site where people love to comeback to & feel good about passing on. Stuff it FULL of amazing content about mortgage brokers, refinancing, and projected payments.

Add an article directory that gives incredible 'insider' tips on how the mortgage industry works & strive to please your visitor at all costs. It WILL pay off after people start spreading the word.

Go the extra mile & get all the extra benefit as a result.

You WILL get linked to by partners, competitors, college professors (.edu links!) & more.

Offer the best stuff you can get your hands on, or write it personally if necessary.

Can you get to 500,000 uniques a day? Maybe. But make sure it happens as quickly as possible by creating satisfied visitors who talk about you everywhere.
