After any break up there will lots of emotion and maybe some pain to overcome.What most people tend to forget is that this is true on both sides.The person who has left the relationship and the person left both suffer the same feelings.If you have gone through a break up and are now considering getting back together with your ex you will have some conflicting feelings to contend with.

Is getting back together with your ex the right decision and how can you reach that decision? One of the simplest techniques ever invented gives you the tools to make that decision and also the confidence to know that you have really really thought about whether getting back together with your ex is going to work.

Now you don't need to spend any money on the technique that i am going to run through but what you need you must do is the spend a great deal of honest thought on your answers to gain the most from this technique.

For this to work you are going to need a sheet of paper a pen and a quiet room.On the sheet you need to divide it into two.Put a line down the middle.On the left hand side as a heading write "For" and on the right write "against".The next stage is the difficult bit.Start to list all the reasons you should and all the reasons you should not seriously consider getting back together with your ex.

Now don't rush this.Be honest with your self-you are maybe making the most important decision of your life.What are all the positive reasons you would consider getting back together with your ex , what attracts you to them what do they do that you like. On the other side,list everything about your ex you cannot stand.

At the end of this exercise you will have two list.A simple number count will show you whether the "for's" outweigh the "against".It's likely that you will never be able to work out your differences if the "against" column far outweigh the "for". If however the totals are in favour of the "for" side then you will have a much better chance of getting back together with your ex.Look Again at the "against" list.Can you live with them or even better -with some work by either you or your ex could you make them into a "for".

Getting back together with your ex is possible,there is work to be done and hurdles to over come but by making this list it will point you in the right direction.
