Dealing with the breakup in a relationship:
I always seem to find myself thinking too much about past relationships, and how they didn't work out. And the reasons behind that? I try my best to learn from the past relationships I had, and to do better, and not make the same mistakes in my new relationship. So a new breakup does not happen in my current relationship. What am I better assets is to stay focused, what a past relationship has ended and learn from the mistakes that I made and do not make them again.
There are parts of my life where I was absolutely sure that I lost the love, in a way that was much worse than before. I always felt like this was the end of the world, this breakup was it, I would never date again, and this was basically the end of the world. In contrary to my negative thoughts, every time that I had a past breakup, and started a new relationship. I can move on, and find a better, and stronger lover in the future.
We all have to keep in mind that love is spontaneous just like everything else we experience in our lifetimes. Every time that I lost a love or broke up with the prior partner. I realize this, and help me move on, and make sense of what was happening. This inevitably allow me to find happiness again, even after just getting out of a past relationship.
Each time that relationship ended, I found myself realizing that my new relationship was lasting longer than the previous one. Which meant I learned from my mistakes, I learned to grow as a person, pay more attention to that person, and to satisfy their needs in general. So every past relationship that I had, actually benefited me in a weird sort of way. It made me a better partner, to my current girlfriend. So I guess you could say, everything works out for a reason!
For the most part anytime that I lost a past lover, or had a bad breakup! I felt in my heart that I was never going to get it back, I felt like it was lost forever and I would never know what it's like to feel joy, or happiness again! But when I recollect, about the relationship, and the moment where it went bad. I took away some good things from the past relationship, it made me grow as a person knowing what I did wrong, and how to improve this in my new relationship, or future relationships!
I then took the time to realize that myself but just because I had lost my ex-girlfriend, that did not mean that I would never find love again! I even realized myself, that I wasn't gonna let this breakup, or past relationship keep me from finding true love in the future. No, on the contrary I was gonna make my new relationship that much stronger!
As we as people get older, and become more experienced in matters of relationships. Our relationship life span grows, we know what to look for a future partner, we know what we like? What we do like? What ambitions, and morals we want our future partner to have. In a nutshell, our love basically becomes more powerful, as we grow older and more mature.
