Can You Have Fun Getting Over Breakup

'Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" sung my Neil Sedaka is an understatement.  Just ask anyone working through getting over breakup pain.   They feel real pain.  They may even have physical symptoms, like nausea and sleeplessness.   If it get to bad they actually become "non functioning", just sort of shuffling around wallowing in self pity.
If you are working through a breakup and reading this you are already on the right track.  You are taking positive action to get over it, and move on.
What else can you be doing.   One, if you find yourself sitting home, indoors, moping around you'll want to make it a point to get up ad do something physical.  Go out for a walk or a bike ride.   it will do you good to get your body moving and also great to get a change of scenery.

Call an old friend and meet for lunch or just have a nice long chat.  Just get talking and it doesn't have to be about how bad you feel.
Find a close friend or family member, someone who will listen to you.   Talk out how you are feeling, verbalize it.  No one available, get out a notebook and write it out.  Write until you are sick of it.
