Skinned OFF The Stubborn Fats

Are you FAT? Obesse? If so, you are not alone, I have been for years tried to curve out these fats but to my dismay all of my efforts doesn't work and most of the time proved to be worthless. I tried a lot of so called slimming products, herbal product, slimming programs and many more but it seemed to lack of miracles. All of these an excruciating cost.

Believe me, it is hard to live life being fat and so called obesse. People talk about you and the worst part is it reflect you as a person in general. Is it true that we are fat but it wasn't because of our eating disorder or genetic disorder or whatever people would say it. As the saying goes, "we are what we eat". That is totally not true and I will explain to you why I said so. What I am going to illustrate here does not even cost a single cent. BUT, your very own effort and disipline.

First of all, to skin off that excess fat out of your body you needs a lot of disiplines. One of them is to distinguish a balance and healthy diet. Many failed to follow this important step. Many thought that by taking supplement and their diets will be okay. That is where you are wrong, taking supplement really help but you must help yourself first by making sure that your daily diet is already healthier. Meaning, eat more fibers and carbohydrates. Try to slow down on oily, sweet and salty food. Avoid taking fast food as much as you can. Understand and know the food that are healthier to consume. Eat more food made out of grains and most importantly reduce the intake of meat whenever necessary.

Secondly, have you meals at the right time. Many people have morning breakfast because it is important in our daily diet. However, this is again complement by another morning breaks at ten o'clock. Then by one, have lunch, not enough with that at four have evening tea. Followed by dinner and some even went to the extend supper. That is really of the chart. Our body doesn't need to be fed all day long. All you need is two meals a day. How?

One meal is what I would call brunch, that is breakfast and lunch. Time to take it is at around ten in the morning. Eat food that generate energy and not to leave out fiber and protein. As protein can retain oneself from hunger. 

The second meal is what I would call early dinner and supper, where you will have it at five in the evening. Try to reduce on meaty food, moderate intake of carbohydrates (for energy when we were fast asleep cause body needs energy while sleep for recovery purposes) and a lot of fiber to help body cleansing and provide the appropriate minerals for bodily functions.

Now, it is up to you to try out this two simple steps. Give yourself three months to try and with God's willing you will find yourself losing some weight for free. Happy trying.
