Getting in shape with Cap Prostyle Dumbbells
72A HEALTHFUL WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS
Getting into a good strength training routine will require the use of dumbbells. Dumbbells are shorter and smaller than barbells, but they also will vary in weight from five to more than a hundred pounds. What weights you choose should be decided on what range is comfortable to you when you start strength training or any other exercise routine. A very good starter set is the Cap Prostyle Dumbbell set. You will find that dumbbell sets are often used by weightlifting beginners or others who are looking to add some extra spice to their current exercise routine. Dumbbells are also great for sports training, endurance, body building, and resistance weight training. Dumbbells are a great addition to any routine and any home gym. A wide assortment of Dumbell sets can be found at www.HomeGymDeals.com.
Dumbbells are excellent for toning, developing, and strengthening various muscle groups in both the lower and upper body areas. An advantage to dumbbells is that they can be incorporated into many of your body’s natural movements, unlike many other pieces of exercising equipment. You will find dumbbell work outs to me much more flexible than other work outs. With dumbbells you will be able to target specific muscle masses about your body that you are looking to tone or strengthen. These pieces of exercise equipment are greatly versatile so that you can work on what areas of your body you need to.
As you shop around for the right dumbbell set, you will be sure to notice that there are two sets that you can choose from. These two types of dumbbells are fixed weight dumbbells such as the Cap Prostyle Dumbbells and adjustable weight dumbbells such as the Powerblock Personal 5-45 pound Adjustable Dumbells. With fixed weight dumbbells, they will have weights permanently attached. With these you will not be able to adjust the weight unless you move onto a completely different dumbbell. The dumbbells often come in packages that have varying weights of dumbbells. These dumbbells are often made of a plastic outer shell filled with metal and have either a painted surface or a rubberized coating to protect the dumbbells and your floor. Of course, with the adjustable weight dumbbells you will be able to adjust the weight to your needs. You will have a set of disc plates on this style of dumbbell that can be removed or added. These weight discs are usually held on with clips or collars depending on the manufacturer.
Trying out dumbbells in a department store or other outlet will allow you to pick them up, examine them, and see if they feel right. Purchasing dumbbells over the internet will save you a lot of money. So when you know what you like and what you are looking for, buying them over the internet will save you some travel and trouble. Many site even offer free shipping to your door.

Good idea. We have been working on videos but a quick printed guide would make sense. Be gentle with yourself, Everyone has varying degrees of success. I told my son that I will do videos for Recycling Supply but there is no chance of me donning a Spedo and demonstrating our products on HomeGymDeals. Thanks, NEIL
Oh...too bad. Not that I'm a fan of Speedos, but it would be interesting to see another side of you. Tongue in cheek here, I am your fan. :)
Best ever, Sally
Thanks for being my fan and friend. NEIL
Proudgrandpa,
This is a great idea! We need to keep ourselves in shape moreso as we get older. I carry a set of the smaller hand weights when I walk as well.
Thank you for sharing
Blessings!
I am reminded of the words of Art Linkletter. He said this getting older isn't for the faint of heart. It does take a little work but I just plain feel better about everything when I take care of God's creation. Thanks for your comment. NEIL

Hey Neil, don't know how I missed this one!
I've used "weights" over the years, at times with more success than not, mostly depending on my motivation. I never graduated beyond the 10-pounders, but the neat thing is that you don't need a lot of dumbbell weight to make a big difference.
As you say, you can incorporate this equipment into any natural movement of your body, and into almost any exercise program.
Maybe you could publish a 20-minute routine for beginners?
Thumbs up!
