Getting rid of PMS
56Understanding PMS
I believe PMS is a condition of the 21st century, because we no longer want to have a dozen or so children. We menstruate far more times than our predecessors and therefore have to put up with hormonal imbalances that would be relieved by pregnancy. Our bodies could take hundreds of years to catch up, in the meantime we have some choices for getting rid of it. Not to ovulate, is one, where we trick our body into believing it is pregnant by taking an EVERY day pill, or replace the missing progesterone back to the levels it needs. this is a complicated area though and I've written more on my website. Feel free to ask questions though. Lydia.
