I don't think you will normally get paid for that. You can get paid though if somebody orders you to write content for their blog.If you like to write (for others) you might want to consider signing up for elance.com or some similar program. You can offer your service there.

You can outsource the blog but only if you can view the content as a commodity - shopping tips, product reviews, etc. If you’re after a personal brand (or even a corporate brand, for that matter), best to do it in house
