Gin and Juice

The juice comes from raisins, but it's still gin and juice. You've heard of gin rummy and gin and juice, but have you ever heard of gin and golden raisins? If you soak golden raisins with gin and eat four raisins a day, you can reduce joint pain and swelling. This may sound like an old wives tale, but this homeopathic treatment for arthritis really works! Here is how you do it.

You will need about a pound of golden raisins, they must be of the golden variety, and a pint or so of gin. Don't waste money on the expensive brands, the cheap stuff will work great. You will also need a large plastic container with a lid. Pour all of the raisins into the plastic container and fill it with gin until the gin just covers the raisins. Mix thoroughly and let the raisins soak for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, eat 4 raisins twice a day. Within 2-4 weeks, you should begin to feel some pain relief. Continue as long as you can because once you stop, the effects will also stop. Make sure you check with your doctor to make sure you can have the gin and don't drink it straight, unless you want to.
