The young bakers simply need to add water to the cake mix, put the mixture into the microwave safe container included with the kit, and cook in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Once the cake is prepared, the next still is simply to add water to the colors of fondant frosting they plan to use, and then roll it out on the non-stick mat in preparation for being added to the cake.
