- Do something with your sandwich
Typically, your lunch would be sandwich. Let’s be smart about it. Only use brown bread. Make sure to add some protein for instance tuna or chicken. Add more tomatoes to gain more vitamin C. If possible, make and bring one from home. Yet, if not, it’s ok to get it from a shop or eating place, just ensure to ask for those above items.
- No canned drink or even diet drink
It contains chemicals that need to be processed by the liver. That will cause you an internal stress. So, avoid that!
- Get a salad
Not only would that be lip smacking, but it is also definitely healthful. You can have an egg salad—egg can give you protein, remember?—with plenty of interesting vegetables such as broccoli, tomatoes, peppers—these are for your need of vitamin C.
- Mashed potatoes over risotto and french fries
French fries might contain vitamin C but since those potatoes have been sliced thinly and fried, it is likely that the level of the vitamin in quite low. Worse, it might as well contain saturated fat that may cause an increase of free radicals. Now risotto, it is a white rice which contain only a very small number of nutrients.
