Materials needed:

***A bottle of pure glycerine

***A small container

***Purified water

***Thin paint brush

1. Pour one drop of glycerine into a small container.

2. Add 3 drops of purified water.

3. Dip the paint brush into the medium and wipe it with a tissue just a little bit.

4. Dab the paint brush to your eyeshadow makeup or eyeliner - makes your make-up or eyeliner looks really good upon application.
