We are all thrilled that Obama is in office. Just look at all of the great things he has accomplished and thank God every day for sending us his second son. Who ever knew he had another one?
Just look at all of the great acomplishments in just the first 185 days! 4 Trillion in new spending. But wasn't it 3 trillion?? Yes three trillion for our bailout but while apolgozing to the Eurpoeans for us being Americans he committed "us" to another 1 trillion to the world wide bailout----after all we are now Citizens of the world. I guess Michael Jackson was right after all---"We are the world, We are the children...) So do I still need one of those pesky passports to travel?
Funny how the libs complained how we just couldn't afford 469 Billion over 7 years for national defense . But 4 trillion in 100 days---no problem. Oh by the way, If your under 40 your share of the pay back,(according to the non partisan CBO), in new taxes will only be $152,000. Not Bad
Then there is the take over of the Health Care Industry---Gee they do such a good job now with Medicare, Medicaid, Fanny Mae, Freddie Mac, and Social Security, why not give them health care too? (CBO says Medicare and Medicaid are close to being bankrupt, and the tax cheating treasury secretary Geitner says Social Security is close to bankruptcy----wonder where that new money will come from??).
Then we had the take over of GM, I never thought in my life I would see the US govt make a hostile take over of a corp. (1st time in US history bankruptcy case where secured creditors have taken a back seat to non-secured creditors. Indiana funds a secured creditor was put at the end of the pay back line behind non-secured creditors, resulting in pending lawsuits against the Govt)
The only good thing about that is Indiana funds is the major investors fund for the teachers union-----I wonder who they voted for?-----lol
Then there was the great reversal of the executive order to drill our own oil. Why would we want to do that?? Now that Obama has apologized to the all of the Middle East on our behalf they love us so much they have agreed to keep oil at $50. per barrel for ever right?
I think I also saw him raise his mighty hand over the Saudi oil field, guaranteeing an endless supply.
Thank you God, do you have a third son? Your 2nd one can only be President for two terms.

I heard the same thing from Beckle this week on the health bill. When asked isn't this bill far to reaching, he said, "well at least we're doing something."

Have you ever looked at the Great Seal of the US on the back of a dollar bill. The strong eagle holds an olive branch in one claw--signifying the will for peace. In the other claw is a cluster of arrows signifying the willingness to use force, or fight, to get that peace.
It's the one thing that liberal have never figured out, that peace comes with a price. You can go and apologize around the world for us being Americans, but the next day we are still Americans,(at least some of us are).
Get it through your head---the terrorists hate us---they would like to see every Ameican dead, even apologetic Americans like yourself.
At least Bush understood that and took the war to them. In the words of Bin Laden: : "I consider the war in Iraq to be the beachfront in the war against America."

It's intersting that Obama and the libs are always complaining about companies out sourcing jobs. Then they turn around and propose Cap and Spend, a bill guaranteed to promote out sourcing on a scale never imagined.
Let's hope the recess causes the libs a lot of pain at these town meetings and protests at their offices. Maybe we can kill this health care take over. The word is that the elderly are starting to catch on that there part of the bill is a pain pills over surgery, and hospice over medical treatment.

Dabeaner - I agree with Shark - well said. That is the philosophy of Saul Alinsky - "the end justifies almost any means". His main protege was Hillary Clinton and after that, you got it, Barrack Obama. He developed the method that you see all around us in the media, on community boards, even in legislation on exactly how to topple a moral society and break it down into chaos. Which can then be taken advantage of to hold all the power. It seems to be working, but I have hope. A lot of people are fighting back. Good read Shark - keep up the good work.

Shark, love the name. Obama had to bail out all these companies and industry's, how else was he going to take them over. If he (and he won't) gets a second term he will try to eliminate term limit's on the Presidency. He wants to be "EMPEROR OF THE UNIVERSE!" He can't have that title, I already have it. I would send you a voter's ballot but the voting has ended. I won AGAIN!
I am so glad that I do not watch the news. I have no idea what you are talking about, and I am thankful for that. I quit watching when Obama got elected. I woke up from surgery that day and heard he'd been elected. Our votes don't count. Not really...

Depressing stuff, the news. And even my kids are worried about 2012! My son read about it on the internet. How do you explain to a child that there is nothing we can do to stop it so why worry about it? (Not to mention that it probably isn't even true....but then who knows where we will be if the earth DOESN'T shake us off like a bad habit...)
