Now here's some great techniques to fix your golf slice.
Why does a golf ball slice?
The scientific answer to why a golf ball slices is physics and is similar to how baseball pitchers throw curve balls - aerodynamic drag.
When a golf ball flies through the air, there's air resistance that slows the ball down. Without air resistance, say for example a ball hit in outer space, the ball would fly forever or at least until something got in the way. What can be done about my golf slice?
There are many reasons to why your golf ball slices.
1: Your club face is open
2: you are "chopping" at the ball...you are coming across it.
Try to fix it (if your are right handed) by doing this...(if your left handed do vice versa)... Hold the club with your left hand and set your right hand on it. Your right hand is probably trying to do the job for you so you need to hold tighter with your left. You can also try building your left hand up with a stress ball.Read it more detailed in the Instant Golf Slice Cure
An alternative technique to cure golf slice:
1. Alignment - Square-up your body to your club face. Everything, feet, shoulders, hips, hands, etc.
2. Keep your lower body still during the entire swing.
3. Depending on your ball flight, adjust your grip by strengthening or weakening your hand positions along the shaft of the club.
4. In general, your body changes and so does your swing over time. A slice visits me from time to time and so does the hook. To cure them, I've learned it's good practice to revisit the fundamentals whenever my swing and ball striking go bad. Alignment at address is often overlooked, but very important. If you start a swing poorly aligned, there's a good chance it will finish poorly aligned.
There you have it - I hope this greatly helped to fix golf slice problems you might be having. And remember if you still have problems check out the ultimate golf slice cure guide here.
