What was that! Sometimes golfers fade the ball, sometimes
golfers hit abnormally weak shots. They reconstruct their
errant swing. It looks right, it feels right. What the heck?
They could be taking it inside out, yes. Most likely, it is
the other thing. The one we swore we would not do. Yup, we
moved. And, boy when we start moving, it becomes a habit real
quick. This habit is a killer. We lose distance, we lose line.
We are up the creek and we can start paddling right!
The most subtle move is the head move. Sometimes we try to help our swing by moving or actually swaying into the ball (boy, do we feel stupid after that!) but typically the most common move is the head. Our golf swing is designed to have that head behind the ball. We should make sure it is there before we start the swing. It should stay there throughout the swing and you need to concentrate on this. Stay behind the ball.
Wanna try something fun? Take you chipping iron. If you are right handed, have a friend stand off your left side. Ask him to gently rest his left hand against the left side of your left forehead. Feeling the pressure? What's the problem? Can't swing? Why? If you cannot take the club back without pressing into his hand, you, my friend, are moving your head. Stop that! Bet you are losing distance, too. And, probably firing out some fading quails along the way. Wanna have some more fun? Take that exercise to the putting green. No wonder you are missing those short ones, or miss-hitting the longer ones. You very well might be moving your head forward at take away. That is a very bad deal. You are probably moving when coming toward the ball, another problem.
Think of this. When the professional golfers move their heads, it is back from the ball, not forward. Read that again. Head back, ball forward. Head forward, ball right! Now, knock it off. Start work immediately. Head back - ball forward to add power and trim shots. That's why you are here!

Improve Golf Swing
The key factors to help you improve golf swing are practice and determination. Of course, you need to know first how to properly execute a golf swing, but as the saying goes, practice makes perfect. It is not enough that you know it-you should do it, and do it right. It would not hurt to give some tips though on how to improve golf swing.
You can start off by observing how others perform a golf swing. Or, you can also observe yourself through a video and assess your own learning opportunities.
Before accomplishing the golf swing, let's start first with the preparation: proper setup, grip, and body alignment. Needless to say, these will provide power and maintain balance. Your grip should neither be too loose nor too tight, and you should keep your back erect with your knees slightly flexed.
To improve golf swing, you need to understand the elements in a golf swing-balance, timing, and tempo. Learn how to correctly transfer your weight while doing a swing. During takeaway, shift your weight onto your back foot, and then end with your entire weight on your left foot. Be sure to rotate your body around your center of rotation, or your upper chest area. You should also watch out for the direction and steepness of your swing. Go for short and wide swings rather than long and narrow ones. This will enable you to have more control over the ball.
Your wrists should work, too. Hinging the wrists will provide a two-lever system with the arms and wrists, providing more power to your golf swing.
Sequence of body movements is also important to improve golf swings. Know when you should take your club back, or when you should rotate and transfer your weight.
Finally, practice. There is nothing else that can best improve golf swings other than carrying out what you've learned.
