The control this hybrid club provides is nothing short of amazing, even for high handicappers. For long shots out of a bunker, this club can deliver up to 50 yards, with ease. Many will look forward to the greenside bunkers with this club, which provides a nice height and soft landing. A somewhat slower swing and a big follow through make for great control and an easy out, but care is needed as the ball may spin, even out of heavy sand!

Unlike a typical sand wedge or lob wedge, this little hybrid becomes a great “chipper” around the green with limited practice. As a lob wedge this hybrid wedge will get out of most rough, almost effortlessly. From the fairway the performance is beautiful. It provides the height and soft landing as well as nearly 40% to 50% more distance than a typical lob wedge. Some have claimed distances near 100 yards from the fairway with this new hybrid wedge. If you typically hit your lob wedge sixty yards, expect up to ninety yards. Forty yards becomes fifty-five to sixty yards, and a ¾ swing will provide thirty to forty yards even out of a fairway bunker!
