I am sick of all this controvery about Chris Rock's new movie; "Good Hair". I remember when I was a little girl I can't remember if I ask my mother about good hair or not. But I do remember her saying "good hair is the kind that rolls up into a knot and you can press it out and wear it any way you want." I never thought I was superior because I had this kind of hair. Hair is a fad that changes with the time, and no matter what condition your hair may be in; staight, tightly curled, wavy, or even bald...we just adjust to the situation with wigs, perms, weaves, and hair clippers. I have seen dread locks on both white and blacks, and they look the same -- nappy.

In 1712 Willy Lynch gave a speech on how to use indifference to keep the black slaves against each other. Now we are still using a indifference against each other, but this time it is the white female versus the black female, or the white man versus the black man. I am totally sick of hearing about indifference. Eveyone has an option to wear their hair like they please; wigs, weaves, braids...or whatever else. People need to stop being so shallow. The most stupid thing I ever heard about Chris Rock's new movie, "Good Hair" is that he is letting our secret out of the bag. I thought slavery was our secret, because most of us are afraid to talk about it, black or white. How in the world could this be our secret if every body does it except a few. People are not defined by whats on their head, but by whats in it. And to make something as absurb as this as a nation subject is just plain ridicilous.

P.S... Leave Chris Rock alone! I'm going to see this movie tomorrow and I can't wait, LoL and laughs.
