Are torrent sites good or bad?

So you've decided to use a torrent site to get your software for free and your wondering if its safe and free from Mal-ware, Spy-ware and Viruses. If your not thinking about viruses and other nasty system bugs then your setting your self up for a hard time.

Most movies or videos and music downloads are nearly always virus free and good to download, its the software and other various package's that you can download. A lot of the time you don't you have a problem until you've installed or started using your download. You can have a simple cookie tracker or the baddest of the bad a Trojan or Worm. That can quickly take over or infest your system in a short amount of time.

Now if you have a decent virus scanner you should have no problems, and the infiltrator will be caught in action and you will then be given the option to delete or move it to your vault. You should never choose to heal a file as you never guarantee that the virus has actually been removed. Although, many viruses are actually the file itself that has been disguised as the program that you wanting to run.

So you have been warned!!! Download with CAUTION..........
