This is about a person trusting someone with there entire retirement buyout and getting scammed. Hello out there did you ever want the security of making a investment without the risk of someone scamming you ? Well I sure did. I met this paticular individual through seeing an advertisement regarding selling a 6 plex. I called the number posted on the "for sale" sign and inquired how much for the property. I was told an amount that I believed in that neighborhood it would never sell for that amount. I was advised that the property was going to be used for a home for the disabled . Wow could this be true I wondered to myself ? I wanted to start up the same thing for a few years and this sounded like a great oppurtunity to do just that. We formed a corporation , met 2 more partners that claimed to have the same vision. By the way the partners currently have 2 of these homes so this appeared to be a partnership made from heaven. Alas everything that glitters is not gold.
