We've all Googled ourselves - sometimes even in public! Now Jim Killeen has put to film and video what most of us have wondered - who ARE these other people who have my name (and rank higher on Google than I do)?

I highly recommend this film to anyone who has wondered about that. It's not a matter of vanity - it's pure curiosity, and a natural part of the human condition. If you have the same name as someone, what ELSE do you have in common with them? While "Google Me" may be about Jim Killeen, it's really about all of us, as we seek to find our own place - where we "fit" in this brave new "connected" world.

Google Me The Movie was great. But I also enjoyed the Google Me Talk Radio interview with Jim Killeen. Jim Cobb asked Jim Killeen many interesting questions about Google Me The Movie and its making. It was a very exciting interview and included some surprising answers. His stories about making the film were both funny and serious. John Raines is next? No. - Ask John Raines - Google Me

I found "Google Me The Movie" by Jim Killeen, to be quite informative & interesting. I have often wondered about the other Margie Franklin's when googling my name, but did not pursue it. I'm glad Jim took the initiative to actually go and meet his counter parts. The power of the net certainly has opened the door to many new and fascinating ideas.

Jim Killeen has put Googling to the test - he found himself many times over, and went in search of his 'other selves'. What an awesome journey. Do you think you could do that? What do you think you would find? Do you think any of you would be related? Certainly brings about a lot questions - doesn't it? Two things they all had in common, their name and the fact they used the internet. Take control of what people know about you on the internet. Check me out on Google - Nancy Nye aka KannDoGirl. What an interesting concept. This makes the world a lot smaller. Jim has a great imationation to come up with this idea. I think anyone that watches this movie will be inclined to do the same thing. Great movie.
