OrAGoogle or Yahoo? Which is better? Google is a better search engine, and Yahoo is second best. Yahoo chat rooms are fun sometimes, but Google groups are just better. With a Yahoo chat room you have to contend with bots, but with Google groups you can connect with real people. Let's say you like books, well then you can make a book club. Google mail is just better than Yahoo! So over all I prefer Google over Yahoo. I wish Google would make its own version of twitter!

So is Google better than Yahoo? Most definitely because the Google blogs are better than the Yahoo blogs. Have you ever tried user blogger.com? Blogger is another great way to make money with Google AdSense, but the Yahoo blogs will not pay you. Set up a Yahoo blog to tell people about your Hubs and your Blogger blog, that is how I promote myself. I also use Yahoo buzz! to promote my Hubs and my blogger blogs.

Another good way to promote your blogger posts and your hubs is by posting to Google groups. If you like pottery you can make your own group about that. If you like astronomy, well then make a Google group about that!

Orkut is another great way to promote your hubs and the blogger blogs.  You can create groups their and share you passions.  I do not like Orkut very much, which shows there are some things about Google I do not like.

I actually enjoy promoting my blog more on Yahoo message boards than I do on Orkut.  The Yahoo message boards are pretty cool because you can post links to your blogs on a certain topic.  For instance if you wrote a blog about how to change a bike tire, you could post the link to that blog on a Yahoo message boards about bikes.
