Google Maps Now Have Transit Information
52
Google just added another important layer of information to their Maps in Google Transit, the transit routes of buses and trams.
Click this link here about the Switzerland transit lines information and you will similar to the picture. It gives the bus and tram availability in the form of buttons in the map. Click the bus or tram icon, it gives a summary information about the bus. And you can get the route details by entering to and from details.
Mashable.com has found many routes that have transit route information in Google Maps such as Vernon Station, Los Angeles, Vienna, Zurich, Boston, and Los Angeles.
You can try to find whether similar transit routes are available near your area, if not point them this, hopefully they will add it soon. If you try and you are unable to find transit routes, Google Transit gives you another option to find the best routes, so you can use it also.

They are slowly expanding to other cities, hopefully they should have it in your city and mine. My city will be the last they are lazy :)
My country will be the last, and then a few years later, it will reach my town! LoL any predictions as to what will be-Googled next?
I think they may provide Live transit information on the Maps :)
I always feel like NZ is the last on the list to get any new development, Im still waiting for bank accounts to be added to paypal before we "flash" with google lol.
Where are yiou from cgull?
Sorry Tshirtscene, we are first in last, maybe you can take the next one :) Did you try Google Checkout in New Zealand, I use them a lot, which I feel better than Paypal :) http://checkout.google.com
No I havent yet cgull, I have been meaning to check them out, but lately I've been busy setting up my new website, I'll go there right now and check them out. May I ask where you are from?
Let me know if you have any problems, they are easy to set up, you can send invoices, and put payment buttons just like Paypal. The service charges are very less compared to Paypal. I am in the US Raleigh. Cheers.
