Usually these trends will continue and give you a great basis to start your blog topics on and generate traffic to your sites. Just using the top key words will not give you a top spot on the search engines. It's exactly the opposite. The most searched terms ususally have the most competition and are the hardest to see your site at the top spot.

Furl will allow you to link any web page to your account.  also use the services of Squidoo. Not quite as popular or well put together as Hub pages but the reference power is awesome as well and rank very well on all search engines.
