Got Milk start the tub
59Have soft skin like a babys bottom
Love the skin you are in / natural cleanser and moisturizer
Is your summer skin feeling a bit rough around the edges with the summer heat? I have a tip for you. This remedy is decades old. Take a milk bath. Milk is a natural moisturizer.Vitamins A and D, and you are soaking in it. Start a nice warm tub of bath water, add 1/2 cup powdered milk and a dash more for good measure. Now do your thing take a dip, soak, relax, meditate, read, lite a candle, veg, sip some wine, enjoy. The body will be silky smooth, like a baby's bottom. Pat the skin dry, Do not rub off all the moisture. You will be softer. You gotta love it. I recommend this one. It was a joy to feel so smooth and silky. Thank you mom for the tip.I plan on taking more baths.(milk that is) Be Cool.
Dirty, Grimy, Stained, Gardner hands If you have hard working hands and they need a super clean try this. This is a natural cleanser from mama earth. There are no harsh chemicals. Your hands will want to hug you. Take 1 or 2 tablespoons of dry oatmeal, mix with milk, ( two to one ratio) it needs to be a paste like texture. Rub your hands vigorously together for a few minutes, rinse in warm water. Pat Dry. Apply your favorite lotion. I think I have a tip or two on lotions and potions in the scrap book pile. I must work on that one.The oatmeal is a natural cleanse and exploiter and the milk makes the hands feel silky and smooth. They were squeaky clean. Sometimes David will get home and wonder what home remedy I am going to test on him. He kinda likes being my trial run. It is kinda fun. He is a great sport. This remedy is a big plus. A+

My Mom use to keep a soak filled with oatmeal and tied closed in the bathroom for us to bathe with when I was very small. The oatmeal was great on dry cracked skin from the cold weather. She kept that soak replenished for continual use.
