As you already know, Grand Theft Auto is the popular action adventure game that is a world hit because of its exciting game play and very challenging missions that has left millions hooked. Despite the somewhat controversial opinions the franchise game has received, GTA has managed to stay in the gaming world as one of the most played games of the decade. Now, GTA has come out with something that fans are likely to deem better and more challenging.

The newest addition to the GTA franchise is Episodes from Liberty City and is available on Xbox 360. This exciting installment of the Grand Theft Auto features all new missions, new weapons and new cars. Liberty City has two all-new stories to play.

The Lost and the Damned is one of the two stories of Liberty City. Here, you play as the appointed leader of an infamous biker gang called The Lost, Johnny. When Billy, the real leader of the gang makes a comeback from rehab, he does the unexpected. He tries to take the gang into gang wars, and violence ensues. Johnny is caught in the cross fire. Can The Lost survive this war?

Welcome to the world of nightclubs. In Gay Tony, join Luis Lopez, assistant to the nightglub mogul Tony Prince, a.k.a Gay Tony. As Luis Lopez, players will experience both treachery and loyalty in the world where it pays to keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

The game follows the same GTA format. Players are still capable of doing anything from walking, running, swimming, jumping and climbing over walls and screens. The usual combat format still remains and the same format of stealing vehicles to get to places and/or escape still applies.

The same adaptive and dynamic behaviour or NPCs are still existent. The non-linear environment of the GTA gameplay interface makes this game highly addictive. The game allows you freedom on how to play the game.

Missions can be unlocked during the course of the game and you need to do these to unlock certain parts of the map and GTA content. But these missions can be completed at the player’s own time. There is no storyline mission for GTA, so players are free to do whatever they want in this world.

If missions are taken, the flow is very realistic as some missions take days to take. Some missions require the player to wait for further instructions and some conditions to become available which can take a few days.

GTA Episodes from Liberty City introduces a new feature that gives the player even more power. Now the game offers “morality choices”. Several portions of the game offer an opportunity for choices. There are two different endings in the game, and which ending you’ll get depends on whether you choose the revenge mission or deal mission.

In Liberty City, the combat system has been tweaked a bit. Now, it features a third-person scheme where the player can now duck, slide to cover, free aim and blindfire. The target’s health is indicated with eight bars inside the circle of the crosshair. The crosshair also indicates whether or not the target wears armour.

Hand to hand combat has also been improved as there are now more moves that you can choose to perform. Aside from the usual punching, kicking, more ways to do this are available. There are other moves that your character can do when faced with an opportunity for a takedown.

If you are a true GTA fan or a new player, you surely do not want to miss the action in GTA: Liberty City. You get two interesting stories, whole new moves and missions in one package. What’s there to not to love?
