If you love working out, but are looking for new ways to achieve even better results, then you may want to consider investing in and using gravity boots. No, gravity boots are not extra heavy boots designed to make it more difficult for you to run. Gravity inversion boots essentially are boots that you can strap your ankles into and which allow you to hang upside down freely, much as you would with an inversion table.

However, where antigravity boots are different from inversion tables is in the fact that with an inversion table you can hang inverted, but you cannot hang completely free – you will always have the support of the table as soon as you simple lift your hands. While there are many benefits of inversion tables, including the benefit of having that stability, some people might want to use inversion gravity boots instead.

A few reasons why someone would like to buy gravity boots for sale instead of an inversion table are:

1. You can still enjoy most of the benefits of an inversion table. You still can invert 100%, which increasing the blood flow to your brain and relieves back pain and headaches by decompressing your spine and discs. Inversion therapy will also help you realign your spine and help your maintain/improve the S-curve that your back is supposed to have.  With gravity boots back pain can be reduced greatly.

2. With inversion gravity boots you will be able to perform certain exercises that many people find very beneficial. Specifically, you can perform inverted squats and crunches which will help you target both your abdominal and leg muscles in very unique way. The advantage of working in an inverted position is that you work the muscles differently, which in turn helps the muscles become more balanced and helps you prevent your muscles from becoming ‘used’ to the same exercises that you do each day. Adding variety to your workout is essential and is gaining popularity in exercise routines such as P90x.

As you can see, there are many advantages of using gravity boots. However, please note that using gravity boots is not for everyone. If you are not in good shape (and I don’t mean “I was an athlete in high school and still play ball once or twice a month” shape. I mean good shape as in “I work out 3-5 times a weak and work out hard” shape), then you probably should not try using gravity boots. You could potentially use inversion gravity boots if you have a well-trained spotter, but be careful. If you fit into this category, don’t despair. You can still find other great exercises for your abs and legs, and there are some great back stretcher fitness machines and also inversion chairs to help you enjoy those benefits.
