I really like the Blue Moon Cafe in Monroe, and the Blu in uptown Charlotte (different owenrs). When you're just looking for a low-scale burger, Ted's off Monroe Rd by mccalpine has the best in town!

I'd like to recommend eating at Vivace, which offers delicious lunch, dinners, and post-work drinks. The restaurant has been opened in Midtown, Charlotte.
