Great Tips to Lose Weight and Stay Healthy
54For me, getting more weight for my body is a piece of cake, just let me eat at my favorite restaurant for a week and you can see the difference with my weight scale next week. You probably have known that overweight body or fat body not well for someone appearance and health. And there are many things we cannot or have difficulties in doing it, such as running to chase our favorite movie star or running from your mother-in-law (just a joke). I know, it is not easy to lose weight, and you have tried for many times. But trust me for this time, I have been there before and I almost gave up getting healthy and slim. In this article, I want to share a few tips with you on how I get slim and lean body in healthy way.
Here are several tips I have applied in my daily life and it works for me:
- Exercise every day, I love to do aerobic, but simply running or walking for one hour everyday will help you lose weight and keep you healthy. Before you have the exercise, I suggest you not to eat anything hard to digest or high calories.
- Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables because it will fill your stomach with non soluble fruit fiber and make you feel full longer. The fiber also can decrease fat from getting into your blood stream and cells. I always eat fruit as a dinner, I feel healthier and easy to defecate in the morning. My favorite fruits and veggies are apple, papaya, tomato, and carrot
- Eat five or six small meals a day instead of three large meals, because it can make your digestive system works better and give your body better chance to burn calories and fat.
- Drink much water and eat less cookies because water can help your body metabolism, clean you digestive system, and give you a full feeling. While Cookies can give you a lot of calories intake without feeling full or realize it.
