The best way to keep off those pesky pounds is to really enjoy the form of exercise that you are doing. I find that dance is one of the most fun ways to lose weight. By doing a little shimmy on the treadmill, dancing in your bedroom, or finding a local class, you'll find you are getting healthier while increasing your confidence at the same time.

I warn you that some of these songs are X-rated, so be careful around the kiddies.

Also, I am not a big fan of techno, so almost of all of these songs are techno free!

Here are some hawt songs to pump your blood, sexy!

Warm Up

All workouts should begin with a 5 minute warmup where you start at a lower speed to make sure you are not pushing your heart/lungs too hard too fast.

Cool Down

Finally!! You are to the last 5 minutes of the workout. It's time to start taking it down below your THR. Here's some songs to cool your hot bod off! Don't forget to stretch after working out to prevent muscle strains.

Sexy Cool Down's

Last Minute Advice

Always remember, whether a man or woman, that you are already sexy the way you are!

And losing weight is going to be a lot tougher if you keep allowing yourself to have a negative outlook towards how you look, right now. Accept where you are at and move on. And do it with a smile!

So strut that stuff, shake that booty and get healthy!
