We have dear friends that are from Greece. When we were invited to celebrate a birthday, I knew I wanted to make something Greek, but wasn't sure what. I found this wonderful recipe on a Greek recipe blog and it was absolutely delicious. 

The recipe can be found on Amanda's Cookin'. I didn't have a deep dish pie plate when I made this, but I do now! So I plan to make this again really soon.
