Green Chile Cheese Hamburger Meat Yum!
Pizza is my favorite food except when I am in New Mexico it then becomes Green Chile Cheese burger's and New Mexico is the best place to find one. I have listed over 50 places for you to enjoy a green Chile Cheese burger. You cannot die with out eating one of these burgers. Forget the diet you just have to eat one of these and you will know what I mean. In New Mexico you can even find Green Chile Cheese burgers at McDonald's and Wendy's but there are Hundreds of Places to find them and you cannot go wrong. I have never tasted a Green Chile Cheese Burger that I did not like. The State Fair of New Mexico has even declared September 24, 2009 Green Chile Cheese Burger Day. I love them and so will you!

Green Chile Recipe
This is my own personal recipe and I thing it makes a great green chile cheese burgar as well.
1. First roast your Green Chile and peel off the skin and remove the vains inside the green chile. About 1 dozen green chile pods should be good. I perfer hatch or Las Cruces green chile.
2. Chop your green chile small size
3. Chop 1/4 of an onion
4. Chope 1 or 2 pods of garlic
5. Add salt for taste
6. Mix everything and chill in the frige for 1 hour
7 Cook your favorite cheese burger and add my Green chile mix to one side of Bone or Bothe and you have wil have the best cheese burger ever.
Green Chile is Good with Everything
Green Chile is great with Ham Burgers but its also good with almost any thing else, I love green Chile on pizza, eggs, potatoes, any sandwich and just with a piece of bread and cheese. How about a green Chile cheese burger with a tortilla instead of a bun just the greatest stuff ever.

and The World's Greatest Cheese Burgers can be found at Kutchie's Key West Kutcharitaville Cafe over in NC. You will also find The Best Tasting Lip-Smacking Key Lime Pie there Too.
