The green tea diet is becoming one of the most popular diets today. Everyone loves green tea diet products.  You can drink green tea diet drinks or you may choose to take green tea diet pills. Green tea is known for its magical weight loss system. The excess weight just melts away when drinking green tea or taking the pill form. Green tea is high in antioxidants which clean out your system.  When on the green tea diet you will feel healthier and be more focused. Green tea has many health benefits. It is used by the Chinese to treat just about everything from depression to headaches. How to make a cup

Fill a kettle with cold water and bring it to a boil on the store. Then add a couple of tea bags, if the kettle is large add three to four bags. Allow the green tea too steep for 3 to 4 minutes, and then remove the tea bags. Allow the tea to cool down for around 5 minutes then drink. You can also drink the tea cold if you’d like, pour the green tea over ice cubes. Give flavor to the green tea diet by adding other flavored tea along with the green tea, gives it that extra zing.

I was wondering what is the green tea actually made of..I don't mean just the main ingredient but all?! Any help would be appreciated.

From what I read they are made from the "leaves of Camellia sinensis" which is found in many Asian countries. Since Green Tea has become more popular, people are growing these in the West. The interesting thing is that you get variations in taste because obviously the conditions in the West are not what they are in the Asian countries.

Any additional ingredients I am sure are added by each manufacturer but the base comes from that leaf.
