Green tea may lower blood pressure. or maybe not.

Green and black teas have numerous healthy effects on various systems of the human body. Now there may be proof that green tea can help lower blood pressure when consumed daily. Or not. There are several website that claim that green tea, oolong tea, black tea and even that over priced scam called wu -yi tea were found to lower blood pressure in a clinical stduy in the Journal: Archives of Internal Medicine, by Yang. However, when you google that study all that comes up; besides a host of websites that claim that it proves that green tea lowers blood pressure, is a study that showed that Cacao or chocolate did lower blood pressure and green tea did not.

So, what is the real story? We will just to wait and see the final analysis and hopefully one of you guys out there has the real info. If you do please post it in the comment box on the bottom of this page. Does tea; green, black, oolong or otherwise lower blood pressure? or not?
