I have faced grief, loss, chronic illnesses, a messed up past, worked in hospice and with animals and their owners and have over 40 years of understanding of the issues we all face. Just recently, I was let go due to my illness and now face no income, loss of home, and not being able to complete my treatment. My name is Kathy Clouse, I am 56 years old, live in Indiana, and am currently undergoing treatment for chronic HepC. I have cirrhosis of the liver, so this is hard on me. My chances of getting through the treatment without any other medical problems are slim, due to the cirrhosis and the amount of time that I have had the virus in my body, for 30+years.
