So its Sunday morning and the coffee is brewing in the Cuisinart. The newspaper is spread out on the table in the midst of cereal bowls and a glowing lap top. The kids are mumbling inaudibly, trying to wake from their slumber and all around the house the many different topics of the day or era begin to take root.

Someone is looking for their Ipod, someone else needs the computer to check their my-space, someones phone is ringing, someone just got a text message; I'm sure it was important. Someone else is down the hall to catch the football game. Someone just burped loudly in the foyer and someone else just giggled and yelled gross from the den.

All around the house the mayhem continues throughout the day, just a comfortable chaos that resembles normal. All just happenings in the lives of one family of four, living different lives together under one roof. The key word here is together.

All around the house becomes all around the dinner table as someone gets pulled from the computer, someone else pouts as they are pulled from the last three minutes of the football game, and someone else tells a friend they must call them back later. Its time for dinner and time for lives to collide into an entertaining conversation. Its time to be a family.
