You will need for your Jalapeno Bean Dip Recipe

1. 2 Pounds of Ground Beef

2. 1 Large Onion Chopped Fine

3. 1 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Garlic

4. 2 8 OZ. Cans Tomato Sauce

5. 1 Can 15 1/2 OZ. Chili Beans Un Drained

6. 1 16 OZ. Can Kidney Beans Drained and Washed

7. 2 Jalapeno Peppers Seeded And Chopped Fine

8. 1 Teaspoon Salt

9. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper

10. 1 Package Of Corn Chips

11. 1 Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese

12. 1 Cup Of Sour Cream

In a large skillet you will want to cook the hamburger, onion and garlic until the hamburger is well done and drain well. Stir in your beans, jalapeno peppers, and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add salt and cayenne pepper and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

To serve place a bed of corn chips on a plate and spoon the meat mixture over the corn chips. Sprinkle the mexican cheese over the top and then top with the sour cream.
