Nilly My New Kidd
56Well, as many of you know I'm an animal lover and animal lovers have pets. I'm a little insane I have to many pets! Well, let's put it this way I am insane. But, life goes on. My new pet named Nilly, is a goat! A beautiful one to! I took this picture of her around 3:00 today. I will write a hub on her tommorow. Tell me what you think. =] Isn't she adorable?!

Jackilyn! Is Nilli an Alpine? My two originals were Alpine and Nubian cross. (my son named them BUD&Weiser) I think of all the animals I've ever had in the barn the goats have the most character. I just love them. Looking forward to stories about your new baby.

She is about 4-5months old! =] i got her yesterday.
Cute! I used to have a lot of Nubians before I had children. Actually, I still had them after my first but then I sold them so we could move out of state. I even wrote poems about goats. Here is a very short one. Maybe I will put the longer ones on hubpages sometime, lol. I hope you like it!
Who can see the goat kids play,
Running and leaping for glee all day
And not feel a little younger too
Frolicking like the goat kids do?
The little goat is cute - looks tiny. Be happy with all your pets!

4-5 months old... Very cute! What stage does that set her at in a child's life? I.E. puppies at the age of about 4-6 months are in their terrible twos.
