You may get lucky and find a blog here and there that hasn't updated, but most of these links will shortly turn to no-follow soon.
  
• ParaMeter is a free downloadable program that can anylze the links you put into Rank4 and tell you the page rank for each address. Copy and paste your Rank4 results into a file on you desktop. Then upload the file into Parameter. Run program. Find the highest ranking and comment, the scroll through the titles and find 10+ more to comment on. Delete all entries, rinse, repeat.
