First of get your model seated comfortably. Make sure they have a towel around his or her shoulders.

If your model has long hair then you will want to tie this back.

You want your model to have a clean face so give the face a wipe with a moisture wipe.

Now you can start applying the base paint. I suggest you use a makeup sponge as this will cover the entire face.

Using makeup brushes you should paint in details putting lighter colors on first. Use a thin brush for fine lines.

When you are painting below the eyes you will want to have the model look up. Have the model's eyes closed when painting above them.

Remove paint with soap and water.
