While the Big Companies which handle the booking, keys, maintenance, and cleaning charge upwards to 30% of the rent. So the owners can save quite a bit and pass some of the savings on by offering lower rental rates for their Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals, which only increase their occupancy and profits.
