There has been a lot of recent speculation about whether or not the H1N1 Flu Vaccine could pose heath threats or have side effects. But a lot of it is rumors and some of them have been wild to say the least.

One rumor currently making the rounds in the middle east is that the H1N1 Flu Vaccine causes infertility in 80 percent of the people who take it and that it destroys the immune system. And there are all kinds of rumors about the H1N1 Vaccine in the USA and other countries.

There's even one rumor that China made the virus and that the vaccine its self may cause huge numbers of deaths.

But despite the rumors the risk of getting the H1N1 Flu Virus is greater than the risk of getting the vaccine. Especially if you are living with a poor immunity system. If your immunity system is low then you really should get the H1N1 vaccine as soon as you can.

As of October 29th , 2009 there have been the deaths of 86 children in the United States from the H1N1 Flu Virus. And the danger of the H1N1 Flu to children is great so they are in one of the special risk groups that should get the H1N1 Flu Vaccine.

Some people do have some serious real concerns about the H1N1 Flu Virus but you have to weigh the risks you or the person needing the vaccine face if they do not get the vaccine. What if you or the person who does not get the vaccine comes down with the H1N1 Flu. Then it is to late.

If you go into a area where you know that there may potentially be people with the H1N1 Flu then you must use extreme care to wash your hands fully as you enter the building and when you leave the building. And spend as little time in that building as you can.

The potential of the H1N1 Vaccine protecting you or your loved ones far out weigh the risk and I myself recently got the H1N1 Virus. I am in one of the high risk groups and I chose to get the vaccine to protect myself because with my poor immunity system and the risk the H1N1 Flu could be potentially deadly to me I chose to get the H1N1 Flu Vaccine.
