I would like to begin this discussion by explaining how the HHO gas works. I'm sure you have heard all the opinions on the Internet that say the HHO Generator is not a cost effective device. Let's look at why these people are partly right, but mostly wrong.

Those who are saying that the HHO Generators production of hho gas is not an efficient way of producing alternative fuel are all making a common mistake. Their focus is on the production process of the HHO Generator. They tell us that it takes just as much energy to extract the HHO from the water as the energy produced by the HHO Generator.

The bottom line for this group of people is that the cost of producing HHO gas by the use of a HHO Generator is not cost effective because the energy used by the HHO Generator to produce HHO gas is equal to the energy produced by the Generator.

For the sake of moving on to my next point, we are going to totally agree with the nay sayers view about the energy used by the HHO Generator, and the energy produced by the HHO Generator.

Now we are going to discuss what all these technical people just can't seem to figure out. Why is it that tens of thousands of people who have installed a HHO Generator (including me) report a gas savings of 20 to 60%, if the fact is that it takes just as much energy to produce HHO gas as the HHO Dry Cell is producing?

To find the answer to this question we need to take a look at what the HHO gas which is produced by the Hydrogen Generator, is doing, instead of just looking at how the HHO is produced. I'll attempt to explain this process without being too technical.

Gasoline is a mixture of hydrogen and carbon elements, what is known as hydrocarbon. The energy value derived from burning gasoline is determined by a process of measurement we call “Thermal Efficiency.”

The thermal efficiency is determined by the union between the actual heat energy stored in the fuel and the power that is being produced in the vehicles engine. Thermal efficiency figures indicate how much potential energy is contained in the fuel and is actually used in an engine to produce power, and what amount of energy is being lost through heat.

A large amount of the fuels energy is being lost through this heat process and isn’t being used in the engine at all. The energy value being lost due to this heat process is almost 75 % of the fuels energy. What we end up with is an internal combustion engine that is only 25% efficient. 75% of your fuels energy is being lost through heat and is being spit out your tailpipe. That means that seventy five cents of every dollar you spend on a gallon of gas is money literally thrown to the wind in the form of exhaust.

The HHO Generator helps to reduce this wasteful process. The increased level of Hydrogen causes the gasoline to burn at a higher temperature, this process of heating the fuel causes the gasoline to burn more of the energy it contains before it's lost forever through the exhaust and heat process. So it’s not so much that the hydrogen is being used as a separate fuel, it is acting as a catalyst that enables gasoline and diesel fuel to burn more completely.

The process I have just explained is what the nay sayers fail to consider. Be sure to come back next week, I am going to put together a massive list of does and don’ts from my experience with these hho generators.

These hydrogen generator plans are simple to understand. You can find all the parts at any local hardware store. The main housing of this hydrogen generator is heavy PVC, not breakable glass. If you want an hho generator, make sure you look at my free hho plans.

I found another free hho plans download, but his free hho generator plans would take a genius to figure out. What you find on every page of those hdrogen plans is a comment that says, "If these plans are too hard for you to understand, here is another solution." You click it and wind up at a site that wants to sell you an expensive hyrogen generator.

If you have a fuel injected vehicle, you have to install an EFIE. An EFIE monitors the air/fuel ratio in your exhaust system. An hho generator will not function on a fuel injected engine properly without it. You can study this at efieworks.com

If you want to save fuel, this Hydrogen fuel cell technology is one of the best ways to conserve fuel.

A quick note about the following information. I do not recommend the study course below be used in place of real hho plans. This is just a broad study and not very useful for actual hho plans. It's great on discussing how hho works, but if you are looking for plans to actually build an hho generator go to the free hho plans I have listed.

Don't forget, if the vehicle you install the Hho Generator on is a fuel injected vehicle, you will need to install an EFIE. An EFIE is an Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer. It has to be used because the HHO Gas alters the single from the oxygen sensors to the cars computer. The EFIE will fix this problem.
