HOW TO APPLY A FOREHEAD BANDAGE
64A wound on the forehead must have a bandage to prevent further bleeding. Close or cravat bandage is applicable to hold dressing in place.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Place the center of base (triangular bandage) on top of dressing (figure 1)
Bring the two points at the back covering halfway of both ears, cross the two points on occipital area (figure 2)
Bring back the two points to the forehead, make a square knot on top of dressing this is to add more pressure on wound area (figure 3)
Insert the two points on sides, housekeeping purpose (figure 4)
You now have the complete set-up of forehead bandaging using the close/cravat bandage (figure 5)
