Burn is one of the most crucial injury, therefore, prevention of infection must be applied before bringing the patient to the hospital. This is applicable for burn in palm

Make an open bandage and place the burned palm at the center base of triangular bandage (figure 1)

Bring the apex of bandage towards the forearm of patient, covering the palm, and give at least an inch space from the fingertips (figure 2)

Fold the points of bandage towards the wrist (figure 3)

Hold the two folded points on the wrist (figure 4)

Cross the two points towards the wrist from the supinated palm or facing upward palm (figure 5)

Bring the two points at the back of palm and cross back to front oh hand until you make a shorter points (figure 6)

Make a square knot on the wrist in a facing upward palm (figure 7)

Fold and insert the apex on a square knot points (figure 8)

Loosen the the bandage on both sides of palm (figure 9)

You now have the complete set-up of palm bandage (figure 10)
